In 2008, FlowersDeluxe was founded by Peter Karper, supported by his son, who gained experience in flower delivery during his training and three additional years at EuroFlorist. This created the perfect conditions for a new company to expand the existing market with top industry players. The brand name "FlowersDeluxe" sounded promising, and it was no surprise that the name attracted great interest in the first year. The development of FlowersDeluxe progressed rapidly in the initial years, with the assortment and suppliers growing steadily to offer a comprehensive range of flowers.
What Sets FlowersDeluxe Apart and How the Idea of the Founding Came About
During my training at EuroFlorist, I learned how the flower delivery market works. I got to understand the needs of customers and was impressed by the florists' mindset and their passion for the craft.
I have always believed that showing appreciation with flowers and staying connected even in the toughest moments in life is a great idea. No matter how far friends, relatives, or parents are, a fitting floral greeting can be ordered with just a few clicks and is often delivered on the same day.
This inspiration shaped me during my training and continued employment. Ultimately, the idea for this beautiful business emerged, and I wanted to guide it according to my vision of perfect customer service and meeting the needs of customers as best as possible.
Unfortunately, the idea of perfecting customer service is often neglected in large companies in the market. This motivated me to start my own company that always prioritizes the customer. I don’t want to make false promises, and mistakes can happen anywhere—it's simply human. But my mission is and will always be to satisfy the customer as best as possible.
