For this self-test, I ordered flowers for my mum for Mother's Day.

Unfortunately, as expected, the order volume was very high, so the florists couldn't actually fulfil all the orders!

Unfortunately, mine was too, but the bouquet was delivered the next day - so no problem!

As I understand the rush on such a public holiday and was only at my mum's the following day anyway, this was even better, the memories were fresh!

Unfortunately, my mother wasn't there in person for the delivery, so the bouquet was left with a neighbour. He was just as surprised as my mum, at first that florists deliver themselves and then thrilled when he could see the splendour that was hidden there. He told my mum enthusiastically that he had never experienced anything like it before and would like to order flowers himself in future, which would then be delivered directly to the recipient in person.

The florist also posted a delivery note to my mother so that she was informed of the delivery attempt and could pick up the bouquet from her neighbour immediately.

The joy followed immediately! She was already in a great mood when she read about the delivery attempt and was delighted. She was so surprised and happy that I will never forget it!

She gushed that the neighbour was very interested in who had the flowers delivered to her by a florist. This much I can share with you that she told me about her great experience, her review - SUPER! She was also delighted with the slightly larger order delivered, Euroflorist had included a Milka chocolate bar as a small apology, which of course makes a great impression! The day was saved and the evaluation for the two shops was written.

Who is Euroflorist flower delivery?

Like FlowersDeluxe, Euroflorist is an online flower delivery service with its own network of florists. However, Euroflorist not only works with local florists, but also offers postal delivery of individual bouquets via DHL, just like us.

The bouquets that are sent by DHL are explicitly labelled with DHL delivery, so there are no surprises when you buy them.

However, Euroflorist not only serves the German area with roses and other bouquets, no, Euroflorist also makes it possible to order outside the borders of Germany.

Euroflorist also offers a 7-day freshness guarantee with every order and responded relatively quickly to enquiries during my test. On Sunday - Mother's Day - I enquired whether the bouquet would still arrive. On Monday I was informed by Euroflorist that the bouquet had unfortunately been lost, but that it was being prepared for delivery and that I would receive the bouquet together with a Milka chocolate as compensation.

I thought that was really well done and I was delighted, thanks again Euroflorist!

Otherwise the order went as planned, the chosen flowers were used in the bouquet and the flowers were also fresh. More about the freshness follows in the later part of the 7-day freshness guarantee for the flowers and the bouquet.

Euroflorist is one of the larger players on the flower delivery market and with its fast delivery offers many customers an alternative to the classic flower shop.

The online reviews speak for themselves, the reviews are mostly positive, there are always black sheep and can never be completely prevented.

Delivery time - fast delivery

The delivery time varies depending on the bouquet, whether you need a fast delivery of the bouquet or your flower order should wait 1-2 days on the desired date depends on you. Euroflorist also offers worldwide delivery of flowers. Such an offer is of course tempting and is certainly one of the largest networks. We have not carried out a worldwide delivery test here, so unfortunately we can only concentrate on the details that we have gained from our cooperation with Euroflorist and the test.

Let's start with the delivery options at Euroflorist.

Delivery by florist

Delivery by florist is available from Euroflorist as well as from us. When you order flowers from a florist, your order will be automatically transferred to the nearest possible florist at your lucky recipient's home.

As soon as the transfer of your flower order has taken place internally at Euroflorist, the florist schedules the delivery and, of course, the tying of the bouquet.

He pays particular attention to the details requested by the customer, so that all the joy of the recipient is also generated as soon as it is delivered the following day or even on the same day.

The ordering process, regardless of the type of delivery, is the same for both. Select your bouquet at Euroflorist and simply order. If you are interested in receiving a newsletter with further information, you can register your e-mail in the shop in the newsletter.

From time to time there is also a discount code with which you can save money.

Delivery by post

At Euroflorist, as with FlowersDeluxe, you can have flowers delivered by post, regardless of whether you want to order on account or pay by PayPal.

For delivery by post, simply select a bouquet in the shop that will be sent by DHL. In the next step, complete all further information and simply send bouquets tied with love online with Euroflorist.

Scope of delivery

The scope of delivery varies of course depending on what you want to order, there is a lot possible, the offer is large and of course also tempting. We know that with such a large selection, the choice is agonising, but there really is something suitable for everyone - that's our impression.

If you want something more than what Euroflorist has to offer, you can ask the support team and find out more. Euroflorist's support team will then help you directly as best they can and, if possible, send you an offer if the "more" can be realised.

Our experience of working with Euroflorist is that they can fulfil a wide range of requests. We also receive various requests, for example for the delivery to be exactly the wine that is a little more than just a wine for the recipient. It is therefore worthwhile, especially if you have a little more time and Euroflorist therefore has enough time to enquire with the local partner.

Similar to FlowersDeluxe, Euroflorist offers three different sizes. We ordered the medium size with my brother. We were also completely satisfied with the size, but the quality was uniquely good. It was hard to get anything fresher than our mum's bouquet.

The variants at Euroflorist differ in particular in the size of the bouquet. With larger variants there will always be more bouquets, so it's worth it.

When ordering, simply select the size, our recommendation is of course the luxurious bouquet, as this is very convincing due to its size.

Euroflorist offers a 7-day freshness guarantee not only in Germany, but also beyond, which I can only confirm on the basis of our practical test.

However, we were anything but exemplary with the flowers!

Apart from cutting them, my mum had done everything wrong that we recommend in our guide for longer freshness (this came later). Nevertheless, the flowers stayed fresh for far longer than 7 days and stayed together beautifully as a bunch. My mum hadn't had such beautiful flowers for a long time and as a customer I was happy to receive this feedback.

My personal conclusion about Euroflorist

We have already explained who Euroflorist is and what they do at the beginning, as well as why and how we work with Euroflorist. The partnership has been growing for years and we are delighted that the self-test worked so well. In addition to florist delivery, Euroflorist of course also offers parcel delivery, but we did not test this with Euroflorist in this test. If we do another test on Euroflorist parcel delivery, this test will of course also be as detailed as this one.

The qualities as stated have also been implemented, apart from the delivery time, but of course I could have ordered in time with the knowledge of the public holiday. Euroflorist and many other florists give advance notice of increased volumes.

My order was also sent to the local partner, but he was so swamped with orders that individual orders were fulfilled the following day. In our case, even with a small free gift - I thought that was great and my mum was beaming with joy!

However, if you have a complaint or don't want the bouquet the next day and would rather have your money back, this is not a problem. It has been a standard part of our service at Euroflorist and FlowersDeluxe since 2022 to offer a refund if the fault lies with us.
