Why are sunflowers grown?

Sunflowers are grown for various reasons, on the one hand the flowers can be used as a bouquet to send, on the other hand sunflower oil is extracted from the bright yellow flowers.

The seeds of the sunflower, for example, can also be eaten, but you should of course find out how to make them edible beforehand!

Theoretically, you could count them, but a sunflower has around 2100 seeds.
